Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s Degree in HR Management (MBA, MSc, or equivalent).
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Proven experience in HR policy development, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Experience in handling workplace conflict resolution and labor law compliance.
Certifications: Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM – Nigeria).
Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi).
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
Society for Human Resource Management.
Or Equivalent Certifications.
