Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

A Master’s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Network.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, database management, or cybersecurity.

Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing IT infrastructure, and handling cybersecurity risks.

Certifications: Networking & Systems Administration: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Security+

IT Support & Hardware Maintenance: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CloUd & Database Management: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Oracle Certified MySQL Database Administrator.

Or Equivalent Certifications.
